There's a little game out there, maybe you've heard of it, called "Call of Duty: Black Ops II" and it's taking the world by explosive storm. In all seriousness, is there a PS3 gamer alive who has yet to form an opinion on Activision's billion-dollar franchise, an entertainment property that has made more than "Harry Potter" and "Star Wars" since its inception? You either love it or you hate it. Knowing that, Activision and Treyarch don't rock the boat much with "Black Ops II," offering two major changes (tactical missions in the campaign and League Play in the multiplayer modes) but keeping most of the same tenets of gameplay, for better and worse.
