One of the most anticipated games of 2013 just revealed something to make fans drool even more with excitement as 2K Games has released the details on the Collector's Editions of "Bioshock Infinite." You might want to save some of that cash you get on the holidays.
The most intense collectors will pony up for the "Ultimate Songbird Edition" of "Bioshock 2," which includes a 9-and-a-half-inch statue of the Songbird character in a box with custom artwork by Robb Waters and Irrational concept artist Jorge Lacera.
Statues may be a bit much for some fans, so there's also the "Premium Edition," which includes the following (all of which is also, of course, available in the "Ultimate Songbird" box):
--A 3-inch baby version keychain of the sold-out Murder of Crows vigor bottle replica.
--A 5 x 7-inch lithograph by Jorge Lacera.
--A 25 millimeter, resin-cast Handyman miniature from the upcoming BioShock Infinite board game by Plaid Hat Games, makers of Summoner Wars.
--A mini art book, full of BioShock Infinite concept art and commentary, with a hand-distressed cover.
--Various digital goodies: exclusive in-game gear, a digital soundtrack, and platform specific downloadable content (Avatars for Xbox LIVE, and Themes for PC and PlayStation 3).
Both the "Premium Edition" and "Ultimate Songbird Edition" will be available for pre-order starting on Monday, October 22, 2012.
