Final Fantasy XIII Tokyo Game Show Trailer: English Dub

The Final Fantasy XIII trailer from the Tokyo Game Show (TGS 09) was a thing of beauty. Sure, it may have been a bit melodramatic, but it is Final Fantasy so it's expected.

The new English trailer is up, in HD, on Game Trailers. Yes, it's the same one as the Japanese language version shown at TGS, but you'll be more than surprised at the impact the English voice track will have on you.

The casting is near perfect, and the characters all sound how you would imagine they should.

Sure, the voice acting can be a bit over the top, but that's in keeping with the Final Fantasy series.

Perhaps it's just anticipation, but it seems like it's not just the visuals that got a major overhaul with FFXIII, but the sound as well.

I highly recommend watching the Final Fantasy XIII trailer alone for the first time, as it's a bit embarrassing how easy it is to get wrapped up in the emotion of it all.
