Metal Gear Solid Online Meme Expansion Pack to be Released Novemeber 25th

Konami has finally given out a firm date for the Metal Gear Solid Online Meme Expansion Pack. PlayStationites will be able to purchase and download the MGS Online Expansion Pack on November 25th.

According to a press release:

The MEME EXPANSION unveils two new special characters, which are playable for the first time. Liquid Ocelot enters the fray with the ability to manipulate the Sons of the Patriots’ lock system using his Guns of the Patriots skills, and can also deactivate the weaponry of a targeted for within Metal Gear Online’s multi-player modes. Similarly, Mei Ling comes into play with three unique attributes, including the Trench Mortar weapon, Soliton Sonar capabilities, and the means to transfix enemies.

I can only imagine how popular these characters will be. Though gunning for Mei Ling will be tough for all of us who've had a crush on her. Killing Liquid Ocelot should pose no problem for fans of the series.

The Meme Expansion will also feature three new maps, a bevy of new rule options, and an official tournament lobby. Expect additional serious and silly new additions to MGS Online with this pack.
