That's right, tomorrow a VERY limited edition PS3 bundle goes on pre-sale exclusively at Konami.com. This is not the standard PS3 Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle that will be available elsewhere. This one features a 40GB Gun Metal Gray PS3 only available through this special Konami.com Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 bundle. For $599 plus shipping you get:

It's a tough call. Die hards will be tickled with knowing they are one of the few with a gun metal gray PlayStation 3, but for $100 less you can have the "other" PS3 Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle which ships with an 80GB PS3 instead of a 40GB one... so you are basically getting charged an extra $100 for a lesser, but gray, PS3. Why this wasn't some premium 120GB PS3 is beyond me... but I guess I'm just not of a marketer's mindset.

Regardless as to whether you think it's amazing or a rip-off, it will be gone very fast. Order tomorrow if you want one.
