Alright, this one was taken from a Japanese promotional DVD included with the early copies of the "Cloud" book (don't ask).

It features FFXIII footage from TGS and E3 blended with some new, never-before released clips as well. In a word, it is stunning. Post in the comments if you find a higher-res version.
